Program description
PoCo may offer optional text message reminders related to care (including critical medication reminders). PoCo is operated by ImSafeNow, Inc.
Consent
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ImSafeNow, Inc. Consent to receive text messages is not required to use PoCo generally, but you must opt in to receive SMS reminders.
Consent is collected separately from acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms, and is presented prominently in the app when you enable critical medication reminders.
Message types and frequency
- Message types: care reminders (including critical medication reminders)
- Frequency: up to 1–2 messages per day (max), depending on your medication schedule
Opt-out and help
- Stop: Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Help: Reply HELP for help.
- Restart: Reply START to re-subscribe.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service provider
We use Twilio as a service provider to send and receive SMS messages.

Not an emergency service
SMS reminders are not emergency services. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
